Halloween Party

Dear students and friends of A.B.A. Language School. Thank you for joining the Halloween Party last month. The mummy wrap was really cool - some excellent techniques! I hope you enjoyed yourselves and managed to meet some new people or catch up with some familiar faces. The next and last party for the year will be held at Mosaic in Kobe!

Bali Lagoon Party

Thank you to all the students and friends who joined the party at Bali Lagoon in September. I hope everyone had an enjoyable evening. The food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Balinese food is not so spicy, but some of the condiments had a little fire to them! If you go back to the restaurant, remember, that the staff can speak English too, so it's a good opportunity to practise making an order in English!

Our party for October is the Halloween Party. It will be held on Sunday the 31st at A.B.A. from 6pm. Prepare your scary costume and see you at the party!

2010 Hanami Party!

Thanks to all our students and friends who came to our Hanami party at Mukogawa riverside. Tasty food, plenty of drinks and great company made for an enjoyable afternoon. Special thanks to Kozue for keeping the space for us - you're the best! We are looking forward to the next Hanami party. Keep an eye on our blog for the next party!

A.B.A. Wine and Cheese night

A.B.A. Language School held our first party for the year which was the Wine and Cheese night. We would like to thank all of our students and friends who came along and supported the evening. We sampled 5 different wines from; Australia, New Zealand, Chile, South Africa and France. There were also 8 varieties of cheeses ranging from mild to strong tasting. The selection of other foods was delicous and I thank my wife Kimiyo for providing some dishes from Kinokuniya Izakaya. We hope that you had a fun night and that you were able to make some friends! We will have our Hanami party on Sunday the 4th of April from 1pm at Mukugawa riverside. We hope you can come along! See you soon at A.B.A. Chris and Grace
